Mr. AA Kandil, AEM Sharief, and Mr. WAHE Abido from the Agronomy Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Mansoura University, Egypt, and Mr. SRHA El-Bardisy from the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, Egypt wrote a research paper entitled Seedlings characters of wheat as affected by soaking with chitosan and proline under salinity stress. This research was published by the International Journal of Agronomy and Agricultural Research | IJAAR, under the publication of International Network For Natural Sciences | INNSPUB. At the end of the research, they concluded that “From obtained results in this study it could be concluded that for maximizing seedlings characters of bread wheat Shandaweel 1 cultivar under salinity stress, it could be recommended to soaking with the mixture of chitosan at the rate of 0.75 or 0.50% and proline at the rates of 13 or 9mM for 6 h.” Let’s get some knowledge about it.

Research Paper on Vegetative propagation of Anonidium mannii (Oliver) Engler & Diels (Annonaceae) by Paluku Augustin
Paluku Augustin, Tsobeng Alain, Okungo Albert, Tchoundjeu Zacharie, Bwama Marcel and Van Damme Patrick wrote a research paper on Anonidium mannii entitle of “Vegetative propagation of Anonidium mannii (Oliver) Engler & Diels (Annonaceae) by leafy stem cuttings in Kisangani, DR Congo“
This study tested the influence of substrate type, size surface and application of IBA auxin on rooting of stem cutting leaf of Anonidium mannii, a wild fruit species with low seed germination rate. Two trials were conducted. The first tested three substrate types that are sand, wood sawdust and rice husks. We also tested combinations of these substrates (2:2), resulting in six treatments in a randomized complete block design.

Blue Swimming Crab or Portunus Pelagicus is one of the most valuable fisheries commodities of Indonesia. The crab is very potential fisheries product due to its high demand on global market. On the other hand, the crab is a perishable product that is likely to spoil and decay. Therefore, it is important to apply quality assurance system to guarantee the food safety of the crab. Hazard analysis critical control points (HACCP) is a world-recognized, effective, and preventive food safety management system. This study aims to determine how the implementations of quality control in terms of the HACCP system in crabmeat plant in Cirebon, West Java, Indonesia. Method of this research was observation in production line of crabmeat pasteurized processing and interview towards employees and management. HACCP model was set up based on the actual conditions in the plant.
