Abstract

Wild berries have remained as an important part of human nutrition. They are rich in essential nutrients, (sugars, fibers, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals), health promoting phytochemicals (phenolics compounds, flavonoids, carotenoids and tannins) and minerals.
